Booked ticket from IRCTC. Below are the details Transaction ID: [protected] Train No./Name: 13201/RJPB LTT EXP PNR No [protected] Date of Journey: 05-Aug-2015 Date Of Boarding: 05-Aug-2015 Ticket Amount:1650.0 Cancellation ID: [protected] Reason For TDR: Train Cancelled TDR Filing Date: 05-Aug-2015 07:43:39 HRS Registration No:[protected] TH train was cancelled due to derailment near Harda. TDR was file for the cancellation. Till date I have not received my refund for the TDR. I tried contacting IRCTC several time they mention that they have contacted Central Railways for refund. When I contacted Central Railway office they said that TDR has been rejected without giving any reason. He asked me to contact IRCTC to reopen TDR. I contacted IRCTC for the same, they just keep saying the same thing about contacting Central Railways to resolve the issue. I tried emailing my issue to central railway but never get any response. IRCTC has now deleted the TDR from the TDR history on their website. The refund has not yet been processed. I have tried contacting them again but haven't received any response at all. This is pure rip off for the customer by IRCTC and Central Railways and a case of irregularity in their operations and mental harassment to customer.
