PNR number: [protected] Name Kunal Dwari Email ID kunal.[protected]@live.com I Cancelled a train ticket booking on 8th july 2021. Irctc said the refund was initiated on 11 july 2021. But after 9 days i still did not receive my refund. Payment method was Phonepe using debit card on phonepe. I contacted phonepe they said that the merchant did not initiate any refund.
