I have filed tdr reason for tdr: train late more than three hours and passenger not traveled. By cancellation id [protected], pnr no [protected], dt. 24-jan-2016 17:39:29 hrs. But till date no action taken. Still there are status shown "cr registered" in my login id. Its already three months late. Please look into the meter and asked to railway zone for refund amount into my account. Refund amount rs 2590.
