Sir, I was using irctc website on 28/08/2017 and doing reservation in class: 3a for one ticket of side lower passenger name:p antonisamy from new delhi (Ndls) terminal to chennai central (Mas) in train tamilnadu express (12622) for journey date 11/09/2017 but the transaction i was doing through net banking of sbi failed due to system fault at the irctc website and no tickets got booked while the amount of money amounting to rs. 2061/- was however debited to my sbi account - [protected]. I got failed transaction id - [protected] and further details i am sending you in a screenshot. So please look into the matter with irctc and state bank of india (Tamilnadu) and do the refund to my respective account as soon as you can. Thanks, A joy andrew Was this information helpful? | |||

On 30th aug 2017, i have tried to book ticket in tatkal but the site has been broken and not yet fixed till afternoon these issue are occurring frequently in irctc website so, please do further .
