Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund for tatkal waiting list ticket

I booked a e ticket online through irctc website.. There were three number of passengers. The final status of the ticket was passenger 1 - CNF, passenger 1- wl 1 and passenger 2 - wl 2 after chart preparation. We could not travelled Then i tried to cancel the ticket on next day but systems is not allowed for this we request to kindly refund me amount o 2 WL tickets
