Good day, i have booked train tickets on irctc mobile app on 22.02.2017 & 11.03.2017. On both these occasions my tickets haven't been booked but my bank account has been debited for the ticket charges.in this case, i contacted irctc customer care on the very same day, and heard it will be returned to your bank account in 4-5 days. But still i haven't received both the refunds and even i confirmed with my bank and they also confirmed there is no reversal from irctc to your account.in this case i made a repetive calls to customer care but no one bothers to pick the call. Even i tried via e-mail but no response and even through twitter also no solution to the issue. Details of transaction: 1.
