Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund Issue

I have booked a ticket on 18th Nov 2024 from Smvt-Bengaluru to Bhadrak.

But my ticket have not confirmed yet that's why i cancelled the ticket.

But the ticket cancelled amount has not refunded in my bank account yet.

So i humbly request that please process my refund amount as soon as possible.
