My refund amount is not shown in my current PNB account .which is proceed by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation later 2 weeks ago. So please I request you to please resolve my problem as soon as possible. the refund amount is rupees 3140 .IRCTC has asked me that there process of refund amount is complete d.but your bankers do not proceed the amount. Thank you and please solve this prblm
