Date 31/3/17 i was booking ticket from online irctc.com while booking ticket at last stage payment process going and sudden my id logout, after one minute i received text deduction rs 5971.10 on registered mobile number [protected] from bank s. b. i
But ticket still not booked.
Transaction id ([protected])
I have written mail to irctc for refund ticket id: [irctc #5483681]
Please response comfirm me
Beacause i want to do other ticket for the same
Till not refunded my money do need full

Kindly refund my money, from my a/c deduct rs-5971
Plz find attachment of all msg and debited

i have mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in all statement in pdf and jpg attechment both file but until no response, i talked many times in customer executive of irctc he said wait 7 days but no response
i got mailed by irctc

my refund ARN NO- 75044027093317039228993
BUT MY MONEY STILL ON HOLD NOT YET RECEIVED
TRASACTION ID IS -[protected]
..
but still not refund my money in my a/c,
kindly resolve my issue

I am travelling in 04923 GKP CDG SPL Train in S6-63 my PNR is[protected]
I have asked the food vendor about veg biryani he tolld me to pay Rs 80/- I feel cost is high he was not haveing any rate card .The rate is not justified.please insure they should have proper govt approved rate card to avoide any confusion.

I tried to book ticket via irctc on march 2'2017 around 7.30pm for the next day march 3' 2017. Soon after the payment, the page logged out and money debited from the bank. But ticket have not booked. 700 is debited from the bank. Please refund the amount.
