Dear sir Pfa Date 31/3/17 i was booking ticket from online irctc.com while booking ticket at last stage payment process going and sudden my id logout, after one minute i received text deduction rs 5971.10 on registered mobile number [protected] from bank s. B. I But ticket still not booked. Transaction id ([protected]) I have written mail to irctc for refund ticket id: [irctc #5483681] Please response comfirm me Beacause i want to do other ticket for the same Till not refunded my money do need full I have done lots of mail from email faizan. [protected]@gmail.com. Irctc usrename - faizan_rk Kindly refund my money, from my a/c deduct rs-5971 with service charge Plz find attachment of all msg and debited After 10 days i got mailed by irctc Arl no - Pfa all attachment i have already send to irctc in pdf and jpg both Kindly help to refund my money Was this information helpful? | |||||

My pnr no. IS [protected] and date of journey was 31-03-17 and i cancelled my ticket on 27th march and my transaction id is [protected]. I was suppposed to get my refund money i.e. 1940 rs. Back into my account within one week but till now i haven't got and no action is being taken from irctc end so please take some steps towards it .
