I have paid an amount of 475.. To book a ticket with transaction id. [protected] on 23 rd feb. Amount is deducted but ticket not booked. Paid through mobikwik pay using debit card.. Kindly initiate refund and reverse bank money to th account. Its already been a week since the ticket fail worst service given from irctc amd zaapay both..
