Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not made - transaction failed while booking
I booked a railway ticket (Talkal) using irctc website (Train no :16316 kcvl - sbc, sleeper class) on feb 25 2018. While payment is made through my debit card via using credit card/ debit card / wallet (Powered by ict payumgis). Payment process result in failure due to your server, and an amount of 530 inr is deducted.
According to your refund rule, for failed transaction (If amount is deducted)
It will automatically credit in customers account within 4 working days.
I donnot get refund till after completeing 7working days. I already contact irctc care regarding this issue, but still no response
