I am sudhakar from chennai. i tried booking a train from chennai central (mas) to salem (sa) on 26th oct 2016 (journey date: 27th oct) in tatkal. after booking the ticket, i got a message as "no seats available. transaction dropped" but the amount 178 was deducted from my bank account. till now i didn't get any refund for my deducted amount. so please take this complaint and process my refund. i have attached the image for the dropped transaction.
