Please be informed that i had cancelled one railway ticket on 10/01/2018 under pnr no [protected] through irctc website but till now i have not received refund money for which repeated telephone call being made to customer care. Further several e. Mail being sent to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I had sent bank account statement on 22/01/2018 as per their advise but till now i have not received refund money.
