Hello, I have canceled my ticket on 29th may before prepared chart, i made payment through my idbi rupay card (Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-3480).in irctc website showing refund status 'refunded'. I paid through idbi card but its showing paytmag in below bank field. Many times trying to contact irctc customer care and also sent them an email but they are not helping me. Please help me to get my mone back.
