Dear sir I have cancelled the tickets on 8 june and 9 june, but no any refund have been credited by you in my bank account yet. The refund status are showing blank in irctc site. As i also have confirmed by the bank that no amount regarding cancelled transaction is received till date. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest, as the 16 days have already been past away and no action has been done yet. The copy of refund status is enclosed herewith for doing the needful in the matter. I have booked a train ticket from Tiruppur to Chennai in 12680 Chennai express. After booking ticket, I have checked the booking ticket history. My ticket is missing. In both IRCTC app and web. I have refreshed both app and web. Still I am not able to see my tickets. There is a bug in it
