[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not received on irctc app

Hi team,
I have booked ticket on irctc app using zaapay payment gateway.
The ticket is automatically cancelled yet the refund is not credited to my amout
Please check and help me on to the same.
Please note i have checked from my end.
Found that the payment has been refunded to zaakpay pg bank.
But it hasn't been credited to my amout from zaakpay.
The transaction details are as follows:-
Transaction date:- 09-mar-2020
Transaction i'd:- [protected]
Cancellation date :- 15-apr-2020
Cancellation transaction i'd:- [protected]
