Dear sir i have booked tickets from irctc app these pnr are [protected], [protected], and [protected] with my old bank account debit card there after i had been closed my old bank account on 9th of june 2016. And open a new bank account with kotak mahindra bank. Irctc sources said that they process refund in my old bank how it is possible they said contact your bank i visited bank too but they said no such refund credited in bank. Now what i do? I have sent all related documents to [protected]@irctc.com by mail. Now i would like to please make my all refund in my new bank account which details are kotak mahindra bank name of account is sharma anandkumar girdharilal account number [protected] branch l. P. Sawani road ifdc code is kkbk0002855. Plaase help me to get refund im my new bank account as soon as possible.
