Hi sir, This is Supreeth here as i, have not received refund of cancelled ticket amount in my bank account but till date amount is not reflecting in the bank as i had cancelled ticket on 19th Jan 2018 but as per irctc, funds as been transferred to pay bank i.e., ZAKK PAY Bank account but i, am unable to contact them

Details of IRCTC are as follows

1) [protected] (refund id.[protected] –zaakpay PG) – Rs. 295/-
2) [protected](refund id. [protected] – zaakpay PG) – Rs. 235/-
3) [protected](refund id. [protected] – zaakpay PG) – Rs. 225/-
4) [protected](refund id. [protected] – zaakpay PG) – Rs. 165/-

TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE REFUNDED RS. 920/-

Kindly look into the same arrange to resolve the issues.
