In my life ever the most corrupted department i have come across is indian railway department with worst customer care. I had booked a flight and cancelled it but i never received the refund amount. When contacted multiple times, they never responded properly. Please never ever book a flight ticket through irctc. Don't believe on their customer care. Ticket id : 171240. Transaction id :[protected]. Doesn't matter whichever government comes, this department was always a hub of corruption is a hub of corruption and will be the hub of corruption.
