Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund pending with IRCTC | |||||
This is with reference to ticket booking through my account of irctc, that i had booked a train ticket from ndls to jhansi on dt-22 dec. And the payment was done through my hdfc debit card. The payment was deducted from my account but the ticket was not booked. Message was forwarded on my mob. Containing deduction of rs. 1040 and ref. No[protected] at irctc12027. The same ticket was taken again through net-banking. So my refund is still pending and not came back into my account. So please look into this issue and solve asap.
