Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund problem

Here i am facing same problem again & again. I had booked a ticket on 26.10.2017. The amount of rs.340 has to be deducted from my account but my ticket wasn't booked. After that i recived a message from irctc ("an amount of rs 340.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 26-oct-2017 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered.") but still i didn't get the amount.in the website it is showing "irctc txn id [protected]" & not showing any type of refunded id. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 30, 2017 Updated by Chandrapradip I have been facing similar problems relating to the refund of my ticket's amount which had not been issued on my name. The transaction ID is [protected]. I have received notice that my amount has been refunded on 27th of October, but till date I haven't received the amount as cash or credit in my bank account. I am attaching the screenshot of the same so that you can look into the matter and provide me help as soon as possible.
