On 23-feb-2018 will booking ticket online every thing was correct, filled ticket booking form & then online payment by net banking also successfully done. But after successful payment did not get any online ticket receipt & got below sms. "an amount of rs 625.0 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 23-feb-2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked / service not rendered." Kindly refund 625 rs, if ticket is "cancelled" then amount is refunded with 24 hours (Working days), why 3-4 working days for "booking failed on irctc", Its totally irctc mistake & amount should be refunded quickly. As i check on irctc the payment get refunded as show their
To payzak pg bank
But payment does not credit to my bank account
As i transactions from kotak mahindra bank
So please solve this issue immediately

On 23rd feb 017, i was trying to book ticket from chichwad to surat, for travel date 17th march. The seats were available. I made online payment, but the transaction failed.
I verified with bank, the payment has been deducted but booking is not done.
