Dear sir, I, Nikesh Ku Behera, wants to bring to your notice the fact that even after choosing for the option of book my ticket only if atleast one lower berth is allotted, my ticket was booked twice without allotting a lower berth. Even after cancellation of ticket no refund was made against it. even after registering a complaint in IRCTC they are yet to respond. Please look into the matter as soon as possible.Following are the details of the ticket.
