Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund status showing refunded but amount not received in bank

I booked two tickets and cancelled them later. Under ticket refund history tab, it is shown that refund status is refunded but in reality i have not received any refund amount in my bank account.
