I booked two tickets and cancelled them later. Under ticket refund history tab, it is shown that refund status is refunded but in reality i have not received any refund amount in my bank account. im unable to open site, during taktal ticket..
Some times, Im able to open, but im unable to select "tatkal" under quota..the drop down list is not displaying.
