Hi, I filed a TDR on 28-Jun-2016 for the ticket Booked by me. PNR No- [protected]. The journey date for above ticket was 28-Jun-2016. I want to bring into your notice that passenger did not travel on above mentioned ticket because the Train had got diverted .So the Passenger had decided to cancel the Trip. I had filed TDR that day Only. I had written many mails to every department of IRCTC and Northern Railway. But No proper response I had received nor the Amount had been refunded. It's going to be more than 4 months Now. Pls help to Get My Amount Back. Or Suggest some best option that I can Opt.
