I had booked the train on 8th April from Moradabad to Amritsar for 22nd April. (Train 04653) Humsafar Express
PNR [protected]
After two or three days from booking date, I got the message that train is fully canceled. So I booked other train for the same date (22nd April).
Suddenly on 21st April, I got the message from irctc that the train which was cancelled earlier has been restored. I called to customer care regarding this issue, he told me to file TDR for the same train with the reason "Train has been restored after cancellation" and you will get the full refund in 15 days.
And I checked the status of TDR, so they rejected my refund request. Literally, like you canceled the train 10 days before departure and sunddenly on the day before departure date, you guys send that train is restored.
Now, who can help on this, its been already 15 days gone..and I was waiting for the refund
Can you please help me to get my full refund?
