Train did not reached the boarding point (Erode) on 18th aug 2019, so we couldn't travel and filed tdr for pnr [protected]. Refund case pertaining to pnr no. [protected] has been regretted by railways. On verification railway has conveyed that the passenger (S) have/has travelled. But we didn't travelled in mentioned pnr because it didn't reach erode (Boarding point) Alternate travel details - post, we got ticket 20th aug 2019 from erode (Ed) to mas, same three passengers travelled in pnr [protected].
