Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Tdr file cancellation of ticket

I have requested to cancel my ticket on Oct 19, 2015 12:05 PM and still there is no refund my 2 tickets, this is what irctc do when its error from their end to cancel the ticket. why you make customer to suffer who keeps faith in you.

Please let us know what has happen to my ticket cancelled. Niether my money refunded neither any reason given why my money is not paid back to me.

Please clarify.

Your TDR requested against PNR No.[protected] has been forwarded to KR Railway on 26-oct-2015. IRCTC not received refund from KR Railway.Once refund is received from KR Railway the same will be credited back to your account.

Please note that the decision about the repudiation/ rejection or amount of refund has been taken by the concerned Zonal Railways as per extant Refund rules of Indian Railways and not by IRCTC.
