Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked 3 tickets from locknow to howrah on 13tn nov, 2015. Out of which, only 2 tickets got confirmed. One is in waiting list. out of those three tickets, only two passengers had travelled. we had cancelled one ticket and applied TDR. So, we need TDR amount for that one ticket. But it status shows CR Repudiate My TDR details are: Transaction ID: [protected] PNR No: [protected] Train No./Name: 13006/ ASR HWH MAIL Date of Journey:13 NOV 2015 Date Of Boarding: 13 NOV 2015 Class: third AC(3A) From: LOCKNOW NR(LKO) TO:HOWRAH(HWH) Boarding:LOCKNOW NR(LKO) Resv Upto: HOWRAH(HWH) Quota: GENERAL (GN) Ticket Type: E-Ticket Passengers Details Name Age Gender Status Coach ID Berth No/ WL No Parswati Banerjee, 29 F yrs, RLWL1 TDR Details Reason For TDR: chart prepared at originating TDR Filing Date: 13 tn nov2015, 2:43:03 HRS TDR Status: CR Repudiate Cancellation ID: [protected] TDR Zone: ESTERN RAILWAY (ER) Reason for TDR Registration Failed: Invalid TDR Timestmap : WL Refund was not claimed within prescribed time. This is an invalid reason. As according to Indian Railways rules a TDR file can be done 30 days of the date of journey & I filed 7 hrs earliar of same day . I don't see a reason why this is rejected ticket was not confirmed at all and this is unfair from your side. Please help and refund the amount Request to consider this case ...
