Hi team, I filed tdr for the train running late for more than 3 hours and even though we didnt travel by it, the claim was rejected with the statement : "as per chart, the passenger has travelled". Pnr no. [protected] Train no.: 15602 As the train was running late by 7 hours, i booked tickets in another train (Brahmaputra mail-14056) on the same date and travelled through that only. Pnr no. [protected] This is not possible for the same person to travel in two trains at the same time. Kindly get this verified and get my money refunded.
