Hi, I booked the train ticket (Pnr no [protected]) for the journey on mon jan 02 23:25:00 ist 2017. But my train was delayed more than +6hr and same info was announced at railway station as well. Also at the same time spot train info showing train may delayed 12+ hr. So i took another train and i filed tdr (For pnr no [protected]) before train departure at that station. But tdr status showing as below “reason for tdr registration failed: invalid tdr timestmap : delay “ Reason for tdr rejection looks false. So please check and refund the money or do needful in this. In case if am wrong please let me know the reason. Rule is like “tdr to be filed within two hours of actual departure of the train in case of confirmed tickets”. In my scenario, its looks like system calculated the time based on scheduled departure time. But it should calculate departure time. One more info 2nd jan few trains are cancelled and so many trains got delayed (More then 20+ trains). So please do needful in this. Thanks, Raghu Was this information helpful? | |||
