Dear sir/madam, i had booked a ticket from dli to bth journey date 27-apr-2018, but the train got late from more than 20 hours. I had filed the tdr on the same day at 27-apr-2018 11:29:15 hrs. The status of tdr showing tdr repudiate. Please help full refund in my account urgentlly. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late more than 3 hours.
