Had my reservation in Train# 11104/BDTS JHANSI EXP ) dated 24-Dec-2014 from BDTS To Ratlam . But the train was 9 hours late & i filed a TDR with category" train late more than 3 hours" But i Have not received refund yet. Inspite of my mails & regular follow. We are not getting reply & not even irctc is taking necessary action. Same had happened earlier also but this can't happen every time. I need my money back.
