Refund of tdr, registered for pnr no.: [protected] dated 31.12.2017. Cancellation id [protected] (Tdr) Since, it has been more than three months (90 days) after filing tdr (Dated 31.12.2017) and no refund has been processed from the end of irctc. Several times called on telephone and mailed via e-mail to irctc but no refund has been processed till now. Called on telephone to claim office, northern railway, new delhi but it was said that, they deal only with irctc not with the customer.
