Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — TDR Refund Not Recieved even after 15 days | |||||
I had booked a ticket for Habibganj to Mumbai in Kushinagar Express, which was supposed to arrive on 5th December at 12:12 pm but instead the train didn't come and so I filed a TDR for my confirmed reservation of PNR No. [protected] as train more than 3 hours late and passenger didn't travel. But I have still not received the refund for that TDR. Some two weeks back, I dropped an email to [protected]@irctc.com. I received a reply that my TDR was forwarded to CR Railway authorities on 24 December and they were yet to receive my refund. I dropped a mail 4 days back again enquiring about the current status to which I have received no reply till date. Please assist me to take up this grievance. Was this information helpful? | |||||
