I tried cancelling the Waitlisted ticket but since chart was already prepared, I could not cancel the same. So I filed a TDR for the waitlisted ticket at around 6 pm, 12 Nov 2015. The train scheduled departure time was 8 pm, 12 Nov 2015. As per rule for getting the refund I need to file TDR 30 minutes before departure of the train. In my case I filed TDR before 2 hours. Now I dont know why the IRCTC website is mentioning reason for TDR Registration rejection as Invalid TDR Timestamp.
