Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tdr rejected train was 8 hours late and passenger not travelled | |||
I booked ticket in train lichchavi exp 14005 for sunday, 8 sep, 2019 (Pnr: [protected]) from kanpur central to anand vihar terminal and the train was 8 hours late so i did not travel and filed tdr under reason "train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled". But today i received a mail saying that your request has been repudiated. And the reason for rejection is given as "null". Is this a joke for indian railways. Their trains are late more than 8 hours and my total journey was of 6 hours. It was a 3ac ticket which costed me rs 660. Now they have rejected the tdr request and not even given a proper reason for that. Was this information helpful? | |||
