Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tdr repudiate by them after departure of the train

A tdr was filed mistakenly and i contact them to remove tdr befor the departure of train and i made a call to their customer service (I have recording) they told me not to board the train otherwise i will be fined. I did not travelled and later the tdr was repudiated by them.
I want my money back because train was late by 5 hours and passengers did not travelled. And tdr also filed on time.
