Dear sir/madam, I had booked a ticket with indian railway on 1st jan 2018 from ndls (New delhi) to cnb (Kanpur central). I had filed a tdr on the same day as the train got late by more than 3 hours. I recently looked at the status of my tdr and it shows cr repudiate (Which means refund denied) and the reason they listed is invalid time stamp:delay. As per the rule the total amount should be refunded if the train gets late by more than 3 hours. I have booked ticket of goa to bombay through irctc of flight with transactions id [protected] on date[protected] sbut booking is not confirmed and amount deducted still it is not reversed

I had canceled eticket on[protected] being Cancellation ID No[protected] and PNR No.[protected] which shows that said eticket has been cancelled and an amount of Rs.2370 /- shall be refunded to said account within short time, but till date no refund has been made without any reason assigned to me for the same.
