I have filed tdr for the train number 13308. I have booked 3rd ac ticket in 13308 for the journey on may 20, 2018 from shg to dhn, but the ac of the coach was not working from the source station (Firojpur cantt) and also train was late by more than 16 hours. So i filed tdr under ac failure and it is showing cr registered in my account, but till yet i did not get refund. Respected Sir/Madam,
I was booking a Railsway ticket from using my debit card, but I was not successful.
After that I checked my account there were reduce my balance of RS.744.
I am trying to calling irctc's helpline number but there is no response.
what should I do.
