Hi, Since "irctc: is already popular for its"best" services, i will not waster my energy. 1: from last 3 years i am trying to reactivate the login account, which they say is suspended due to security reason. (I am amazed at this!). 2: god only know for waht good reason we do not have option to change the irctc to private company or change the vendor. 3: in clear words, worst, hopeless, lower than the lowest category of service.
