Dear sir I was booking a ticket on 31 st may 2018 from irctc app through hdfc debit card. During transaction the amount was debited from my account and transaction was successfull from bank side but irctc was showing tranfer failure. Then mailed you for refund an to hdfc support too. Then you asked me for my bank statement of thee account from which the amount was debited from the date of deduction to till today but no action was taken on it. Sir please i request you to resolve this matter as soon as possible as i am tired of mailling you and hdfc. You blame hdfc and they blame you. So its too anoying for me.
