Sir/madam
I was booking a ticket on 27.03.2018 from nzm to kota for 28.03.2018 but while i was making the payment it showed that payment has been rejected by the bank. I have not been able to book the ticket but i have received a message that the amount of rs. 415 has been deducted from my sbi saving account with transaction ref no igadeytgu9 and per my net banking record an amount of rs. 426.80 has been deducted with ref no [protected]igadeytgu9. Kindly help me in getting the refund.

My self arun salunkhe sir i booked ticket from IRCTC WEB SITE but some reason i cancelled the ticket PNR [protected] customer Care said you will not any refund because my ticket only 240 rupees two person
Its mean my money waste
