Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Ticket booking problem | |||
Its thrice a day, I tries booking rail ticket and the reservation failed irrespective of payment being done. The message says payment requested. This is process creates so much of confusion. I would like irctc to suggest a change in the process of ticket booking because its becoming inconvenient to book a train ticket from the only portal provided by Indian rail. Please make sure if you are deducting the money, then the user must receive a reservation!! Was this information helpful? | |||
