Sir, i have cancelled my ticket on 23 july 2017 vide pnr no[protected] for rs 2525/- Yesterday i have lodged my complaint to irctc on their web sit care @ irctc.co.in and no reply has come Today morning again i have given a reminder message stating that the amount 2525/- has not been credited to my account till date As till date no refund credited to my andhra bank account please do some thing as irctc is not taking any action to my complaints Was this information helpful? | |
