I cancelled tatkal ticket on 8-oct-2017, and got a message that amount 355 will be refunded to your bank account in 5-6 days. But till today refunded amount was not credited to my account. But in irctc website is showing that amount 355 war already refunded to zkpy bank on 11-oct-2017. Please help to resolve my problem, Thank you. I have tried to book Tatkal ticket through irctc rail connect app on 22.10.2017 for which amount has been deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. The transaction Id was - [protected]. The amount has not yet refunded in my account.So please let me know how i can get my refund.

i request to you that i was booking tatkal ticket then my account balance debited and do not show my ticket.. And date 22/10/2017 and contact no [protected] (divyanshu maddheshia).

While registering at the irctc I had mistakenly put my email I'd as [protected]@gmail.com.The actual Id is [protected]@gmail.com.Kindlly make the necessary correction.please treat it as a priority case and do the needful so that I can use irctc website effectively
