Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket not booked amount deducted but not refunded. | |
I have tried to book tatkal ticket through irctc site on 01.10.2017 for which rs.1091.80 has been deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. The transaction id was - [protected]. This amount has not yet refunded in my account. I have lodge several complaints with irctc, complaint no are - 6884417, 6912321, 6956103 but still the issue remains unresolved.
