Hi Team,
On 14th December 2015 I have used my citibank credit card to made the payment of around 297 plus service tax on the merchant IRCTC via my mobile app.This was the first transaction which I have used via mobile app and thus the amount got deducted and the ticket was not booked and as usual as per the policy if the ticket not booked or failed the amount get refunded. And therefore I used my different card to made the payment of different bank and the ticket again not booked and the amount got deducted but in the second case the amount which was deducted from different bank was refeunded to me via irctc within time and than I thought i should use my citi credit card again to do the transaction and nor the ticket got booked and this transaction I done on the second day.
I didnt received the amount of my first transaction which I booked on 14th December 2015 of amount 297 plus service tax.
date of incident is :- 14 december 2015
tried several transactions on this date and amount got refunded for all except one of the same date which I used via mobile app and used the citibank credit card.

These above four transacdtions i have done and in any one I didnt received the deducted amount.
