Purchased ticket by ac-iii tier for kolkata-pune by duronto express for journey on 12.01.2019 under transaction id [protected] darted 25.09.18 through irctc mobile application and payment made through phonepe. An amount of rs.2647.48 deducted from my bank account through phonepe, but no ticket issued. It is confirmed by the phonepe that the amount has been received by irctc. Please specify the status.
